Welcome to the GETTEKS App provided by Getteks Innovation Inc. (“Getteks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Getteks App provides services (“Services”) that include interfacing with Chat GPT and other chatbot applications on paired or connected mobile devices through voice commands, and real-time translation services for mobile devices (such services, together with the Sites and the App, the “Services”) to individual users (“Users”). We provide the Services through our Getteks application (“App”) and we provide information about the Services through our website available at https://Getteks.co and other sites we operate (“Sites”).

Getteks Innovation Inc is the data processor of Personal Data provided or otherwise made available to us by Users through the Services, which we process on Users' behalf pursuant to our contract with the applicable User.
